CONSTRUCTION UPDATE

Keep up to date with our progress on the work at Applegate Park below.

• Foundations and substructures behind sales – plots 11 – 21.
• Chestnut street deep drainage and enabling works to start building up levels for road formation.
• Western link road is being tarmacked up into Phase 2.
• We are pushing on with external works up to the H.A apartment block for anticipated handover to MHS homes Mid- July.
• Resurfacing works to Maylam Gardens roundabout has been completed.
• S278 works just up from Maylam Gardens is ongoing and to programme.
• The S278 spine road tie in over to the eastern side of the site is ongoing to programme.
• S185 drainage diversion works are progressing well.
• Archaeology on phase 2 – Northern side of site is on-going with anticipated completion of mid- June.
• Occupations of plots 33 – 38 end of June.
